Safeguarding and Child Protection

Keeping Your Child Safe

At Trottiscliffe CEP School, we take safeguarding children seriously and develop our pupil's knowledge on ‘how to stay safe’ across the primary curriculum.

We hope this area will support you in keeping your child safe at home and help you to know what to do if you are concerned.

For our Child Protection Policy please see below

Online Safety

Online Safety is a very important part of keeping our pupils safe both in and out of school.

We have excellent security measures in place in school to help protect our pupils from potential dangers or unsuitable material. Any Online Safety incidents brought to our attention inside and outside school are recorded and managed in accordance with our Online Safety Policy. Online Safety is taught to all pupils explaining and demonstrating how to stay safe and behave appropriately online.

It is very important we work in partnership with parents to ensure the Online Safety message is consistent. Therefore we provide parent information presentations, Online Safety magazines and Online Safety guidance to assist you with understanding how to be safe and behave appropriately online.

If you have any safeguarding concerns,  please do not hesitate to contact us.
